Integrites advised EBRD on increased loan to Nadezhda

Integrites has acted as legal counsel to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the increase of a loan up to USD 16 million to Nadezhda, the Ukrainian nationwide operator of liquefied petroleum gas and petrol stations. The loan’s proceeds will be used to finance  working capital needs associated with the purchase of oil products and LPG and acquisition or construction of one or two LPG Depots in Ukraine. The firm’s  team was  led by partner Oleksandr Aleksyeyenko and included Yevgen Blok.

Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners Ukraine advised Avito Holding

EPAP Ukraine acted as the Ukrainian legal counsel to Avito Holding in the sale of Ukraine’s leading classifieds free ads site torg.ua to MIH Allegro, a part of global mass media corporation NASPERS.

EPAP Ukraine provided full transactional support, including negotiation of transactional documents, general advice on Ukrainian law matters, in particular on intellectual property issues.

The firm’s team included counsel Oleg Boichuk, associate Nadiia Dmytrenko, and was led by partner Oksana Ilchenko.

 

Europe Virgin Fund Investment in VENBEST Group

Asters worked as legal counsel to Europe Virgin Fund L.P. (EVF) in connection with its investment in VENBEST Group, a leading private security services market operator in Ukraine, which was represented by the Arzinger Law Office

Asters’ project team included partner Yevgen Porada and associates Iryna Scherbyna and Andrii Zharikov.

The project involved Arzinger’s corporate/M&A and tax lawyers Pavlo Khodakovsky, Viktoriia Dobrynska and Alla Nadzon, guided by partner Anna Zorya.
