Ukrainian and Swiss lawyers launch Multifamily Office in Ukraine

The Swiss legal group SIGTAX and its managing partner Paul Gheorghiu along with Ukrainian partners Ruslan Redka, Lana Golian and Natalia Radchenko open a multi-family office in Ukraine under the brand name of Legal House.

Legal House provides support in financial, tax and legal matters, structuring and protecting the private and corporate assets of wealthy families.

“As part of the SIGTAX group our company will cover mainly legal and tax issues of our clients. Affiliation with SIGTAX network will allow Legal House’s clients receive such wealth management services as international tax planning, applying for tax residency, trust and capital management and other services that are generally used in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Luxembourg”, says Ruslan Redka, managing prtner of Legal House.

Until recently Ruslan Redka, Lana Golian and Natalya Radchenko have provided clients with services on international structuring, corporate and tax issues as partners of Attorney Association Jusсutum.
