EPAP Ukraine advised a US private equity investment group Apax Partners LLP

EPAP Ukraine provided advice to funds advised by Apax Partners LLP, one of the world's leading private equity investment groups, on the Ukrainian law aspects of its public takeover of EVRY ASA, a listed Norwegian company, for a purchase price of 16 NOK per share. The transaction was announced in December and was completed in May 2015.

EPAP Ukraine provided legal support on the Ukrainian part of the deal, including legal due diligence of Infopulse, the target’s Ukrainian business and a leading provider of IT and BPO Services in Eastern-Europe.

Apax Partners is an independent global partnership focused solely on long-term investment in growth companies. Funds advised by Apax Partners typically invest in large companies with an enterprise value between EUR 1 billion and EUR 5 billion. The Apax funds invest in four sectors: Consumer, Healthcare, Services and Tech & Telco.

EVRY is one of the largest IT companies in the Nordics with over 10,000 employees at 135 offices in 16 countries. In addition, EVRY owns businesses in India and Ukraine that contribute significant deliveries to Nordic customers in addition to providing services to customers in other European countries and in the USA.

EPAP Ukraine team has previously advised the Apax funds on the acquisition of a California-based IT company GlobalLogic.
