Olena Perepelynska heads Integrites CIS arbitration practice
Integrites is pleased to announce that Olena Perepelynska is appointed as partner of the firm and head of the firm's CIS international arbitration practice.
Olena Perepelynska is a recognized expert in the field of international commercial arbitration, litigation and international trade. Her 12 years of law practice includes representing clients in dozens of most complex, quite often multi-jurisdictional, arbitration and litigation matters, contract drafting and contractual schemes developing, advising on performance and termination of contracts, as well on commercial activity in general.
Prior to joining Integrites, Olena co-headed international arbitration practice at Sayenko Kharenko, having previously worked at Vasil Kisil & Partners.
Since 2003, Ms. Perepelynska represented clients in more than 70 arbitrations under the Arbitration Rules of the ICC, LCIA, SCC, ICAC at CCIRF, ICAC and MAC at UCCI, GAFTA, FOSFA, LMAA, UNCITRAL and others.
Olena Perepelynska acted as an arbitrator in more than 20 arbitrations. She is included in the lists of arbitrators of the leading arbitration institutions in Austria, Czech Republic, Georgia, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Malaysia, Poland, Romania, Ukraine.
Olena is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), Vice-President of the Polish-Ukrainian Chapter of the Spanish Club of Arbitration, member of the Board of Ukrainian Arbitration Association (where she coordinates a working group on developing proposals for improvement of Ukrainian arbitration legislation, as well as UAA annual Arbitration school).
