Integrites opens its office in China
Integrites announces the opening of its China office in October 2015 – Integrites Guangzhou. Additionally, Integrites announces the expansion of dispute resolution practice in Russia and joining of four new lawyers under the leadership of the new managing partner Mikhail Marinin.
Opening of an office in the fourth largest city in China is another step towards the implementation of an ambitious strategy to expand the network of offices and representatives around the world.
Just this year, the firm opened a representative office in Aktau and Atyrau in March, Amsterdam office in August, and announced plans to open branches in other cities of Europe and Asia during this year.
Integrites Guangzhou office will be engaged in supporting projects on the territory of China to help Chinese customers in their transactional and litigation matters in continental Europe and the CIS.
The new office in Guangzhou will enable resolution of many issues locally and closing deals more quickly, adapting to the interests of clients.
Given the specifics of China’s business environment, the main practices of the new office will be international trade, banking and finance, corporate finance.
Integrites Moscow office managing partner Roman Kryvosheyev will head Integrites Guangzhou office.
Additionally, Integrites announces the expansion of dispute resolution practice in Russia and joining of four new lawyers under the leadership of the new managing partner Mikhail Marinin.
Prior to joining Integrites, Mikhail headed COFACE Russia trade and project financing practice.
The expanded firm in Moscow, with its number of lawyers increased to 30, will further the general strategy of the company and focus on dispute resolution, banking and finance, corporate and tax practices.
