EPAP Ukraine announces the internal promotion of three counsels: Arsen Miliutin, Viktoriya Podvorchanska and Oleksandr Maydanyk. 

Arsen Miliutin is a co-head of tax and customs litigation. He leads a team of lawyers when presenting clients in commercial, administrative and general courts. Arsen has considerable experience in legal procedure, commercial, civil law, in areas of bankruptcy and debt recovery, tax disputes, trading companies’ activities, case-law of European Court of human rights, cases involving international participants. He is recommended among leading lawyers in tax dispute resolution by Chambers Europe and Legal 500. 

Viktoriya Podvorchanska is a head of pharmaceuticals and healthcare practice and has 10 years’ experience in legal practice. Viktoriya advises companies in healthcare and pharmaceutical sector on their operations in Ukraine, with particular focus on regulatory matters. Viktoriya also counsels pharmaceutical and medical product companies on business structuring, supports their marketing campaigns and product launches, assists with development or refinement of their corporate policies and procedures and participation in public procurements.

Oleksandr Maydanyk is a co-head of tax practice and specializes in advising clients on investment taxation, including jurisdiction election and restructuring of acquired companies. He has extensive experience in conducting tax due diligences of Ukrainian businesses and providing tax advice on complex transactions for MNCs and leading Ukrainian companies. Mr. Maydanyk advises clients on resolving tax disputes in Ukraine. Jointly with our dispute resolution practice, Oleksandr represents clients in administrative appeal procedures and in courts on tax issues. Mr. Maydanyk is recommended among leading lawyers in Tax Category by  The Legal 500 and World Tax 2015.
