Redcliffe Partners launches a specialized Compliance practice

Redcliffe Partners has recently launched a full-service сompliance practice. The сompliance practice includes US and EU-qualified lawyers, as well as Ukrainian associates and litigators, and supports international clients doing business in Ukraine, as well as Ukrainian companies seeking foreign investments.

The new practice is led by counsel Ario Dehghani, an EU-qualified lawyer. Before joining Redcliffe, he practiced law for over seven years with the Munich office of one of the leading international law firms, where he focused on several fields in compliance, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK Bribery Act, anti-corruption, and internal compliance investigations.

The core compliance team also includes partner Rob Shantz, a US-qualified lawyer with many years of experience relating to FCPA compliance, and partner Sergiy Gryshko, a listed arbitrator and a licensed criminal defense attorney in Ukraine, who has a successful track record in white-collar crime cases concerning allegations of regulatory, tax evasion and other compliance violations.
