Mykyta Nota admitted to Fellowship of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
Mykyta Nota, a managing associate at Kinstellar’s Kyiv office, has been named a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). One of the highest distinctions awarded by the organisation follows Mykyta’s successful completion of a two-year International Chamber of Commerce Advanced Arbitration Academy for Central and Eastern Europe.
As a Fellow of CIArb, Mykyta has obtained the top-level qualification for experienced arbitration practitioners that represent the best quality standards in international dispute resolution. Mykyta has nearly 10 years of experience handling international arbitration and cross-border litigation matters in Ukraine. He regularly acts for clients in international arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA, SCC and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. He also represents clients in multi-jurisdictional disputes across various sectors, including the agriculture, FMCG, banking and real estate sectors.
