Antika Law Firm advised Ghelamco Group

On 16 June  Ghelamco Group has closed transaction on sales of Kopylov Logistics Park. The Logistic Park has been sold out to Ukrainian retailer ATB. Antika Law Firm acted as legal advisor to Ghelamco Group.

Antika team was involved into drafting agreements for the deal, structuring transaction and also represented the seller in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for obtaining permission for concentration, negotiated contracts and advised on termination or alteration of utilities supply contracts, the logistics park engineering systems management and operating services contracts.

The team of Antika lawyers was led and managed by the partner Alexander Burtovoy and supported by the managing partner Alexey Kot.

The partner Maxim Korchagin was focused on disputes resolution and termination of agreements with the tenants. The senior associate Alexander Tretiakov was responsible for drafting documents, representation in AMCU, contacts with ATB. On different stages of disputes resolution, drafting documents etc,. the senior associates Alexandra Fedorenko, Vasiliy Sheretko and the associate Inna Koval were engaged.
