Sydney to host 2017 IBA Annual Conference
On 8-13 October around 4,000 delegates from some 110 jurisdictions will be in Sydney, Australia, to attend the Annual Conference of the International Bar Association. The six-day venue offers 200 legal sessions, workshops and panels that will cover a range of contemporary topics. Among other things, the organizers have prepared showcase sessions devoted to Cybercrime and the media, data, disruptive innovation and the new digital world, the balance between migration, international security, rule of law and terrorism, the rise of populist political movements across the world, and its impact on global legal services and business lawyers, as well as many other issues.
