Nobles and Phenomena merge to strengthen key practices
Ukrainian corporate law firms Nobles and Phenomena have joined forces to enhance expertise in transactional practices and enrich their spectrum of legal services to the growing number of clients. The two firms bring together their strongest assets, and the combined firm will continue to offer highest quality services to their clients under the Nobles brand – with increased resources and capabilities. Both teams share the commitment to professional excellence, uncompromising compliance and international orientation.
Acting as one firm, Nobles will be a team of 21 professionals led by five partners. It will offer a wide range of legal services, primarily specialising in corporate, M&A and banking and finance, and also focusing on antitrust, real estate, employment, restructuring and regulatory practice areas. The firm will continue to support international private and public entities, particularly, from Europe, the U.S., Asia, as well as local market leaders on matters of Ukrainian and international law.
According to Alexander Weigelt, partner of Nobles, “After ten years in the Ukrainian market, this merger will take the firm to the next level. We have known the colleagues from Phenomena for a long time. Their profile, in particular in banking and finance, will further strengthen our competitive edge to international clients in Ukraine.”
Sharing this confidence in the merger, Artem Nagdalian, the partner of Nobles, says “This move will allow our new firm to further excel services for our clients. We foster similar corporate culture, principles and values as well as strategic goals. This combination feels right in every aspect.”
