KPMG continuously improves its own business processes through establishing the most comfortable and efficient conditions for cooperation with their clients. In 2018, it was decided to transform the approach to communication with clients and dispel the existing stereotype of their expertise inaccessibility. KPMG Online allows a client to send a request via Siri, using a voice or a text message or simply by selecting the matter in the menu any time of the day from anywhere in the world. Afterwards, a relevant KPMG specialist will contact the client. Declared speed of response to a request varies from two to four hours, however, the company endeavours to process requests in the shortest possible time understanding the importance of immediate reaction for customers.
In order to install the mobile application, you need to take three simple steps. First, put "KPMG" or "КПМГ" in the search box of App Store. Second, get registered in the application using Facebook or LinkedIn. Third, send a request to the company through the application KPMG Online.
