New promotions in CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang

Tetyana Dovgan was promoted to the position of counsel in the Kyiv office of international law firm CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang. In her new role, Tetyana will continue coordinating and further developing the Corporate/M&A practice.  Tetyana advises on complex JVs, corporate restructuring, private equity and M&A transactions in Ukraine and beyond (recent experience includes deals in Moldova, Belarus, Poland, Latvia and Kazakhstan), with an industry focus on infrastructure, agriculture, IT and banking. Tetyana acted on the highest profile English-law governed deals in Ukraine having advised on all aspects of the transaction on the ground in Kyiv.

 Natalia Kushniruk was promoted to the position of counsel in the Kyiv office of the firm. In her new role, Natalia will continue leading the real estate practice. Natalia has over 15 years of experience advising clients, including major international and leading Ukrainian developers, banks, private equity funds and embassies, on various aspects of property acquisition and development, land allocation and rezoning, real estate finance and mediation. She specialises in investment, development and large-scale project work.
